About Us

Awesome Image

Hi! My name is Tyrese Evans and I just love teaching people how to enjoy their dogs more by making sure their dogs understand them. Dog Training is very special to me because not only am I teaching dogs foundational skills but in some cases I am helping save some dogs’ lives by training them and helping owners work on building a strong relationship with their dogs.

I attended school for professional dog training and behavior science and during that time I completed an internship at an established dog training company and volunteered at the Humane Society. Once I graduated, I chose to open my own dog training business because I wanted to give every client their desired results along with a great experience, which includes honesty, hard work, patience, and a game plan to achieve their goals.

During my free time I love to hang out with my dogs Beau and Arrow. I enjoy taking them swimming, playing fetch, going on car rides and just letting them relax with tasty chew treats. Training should be fun and not stressful so for training done right, just reach out so that we can have A Howling Good Time Together!

Because We Really Care About Your Dog

5 Pillars of our Dog Training System

Reward

Knowing your dog, and what motivates them above all things is essential for positively reinforcing desired behaviors. This concept increases their ability to learn and train at a high level. Consistency is key. Rewards can include treats, their own food, favorite toy, praise (physical and or verbal) games of tug, fetch, and more. Once your dog’s favorite reward is discovered, we will work with you to unlock their full potential.

Obedience

Build a strong foundation in obedience, this is the language between you and your dog. Through effective communication with our dog training system your dog will be more focused, engaged, and overall, reliable. Obedience is taught through luring, a simple way to teach your dog new behaviors such as following and targeting a treat hand. By using this technique, we break things down into achievable steps so that training can be fun for owners as well.

Engagement/Socialization

Healthy engagement and socialization are fundamental to training a well mannered and balanced dog. You will learn how to teach your dog that everything your dog wants comes from you as the owner. This will empower you to be in control, because your dog will engage you with focus and attention to get valuable things from you. Build their confidence and positive experiences in different environments, around other people, and other dogs. They should look to you for guidance. Continue to create positive associations, as you aim to establish an amazingly fun relationship with your dog.

Behavior Modification

Every dog has a different temperament and a unique personality. Through our top notch experience we will evaluate your dog's specific needs so that we optimize and structure training sessions that will be a great fit for you and your dog. This means you will experience great results because those bad behaviors will be under control so that you can enjoy your dog.. Having worked with dogs with a wide array of behavior problems, we aim to share with owners, top solution-based methods to modify undesired behaviors such as leash pulling, jumping, counter surfing, people and dog aggression, leash reactivity, resource guarding aggression, not coming when called, rushing the doorway, excessive barking, fearful behavior, dominate behavior and etc..

Management

Proper management of your dog alleviates the unwanted stress and embarrassment owners often share through their experience. Knowledge on appropriate rules and structure will greatly increase your dog’s quality of life as you set their environment up for optimal success. With a schedule that fits your needs, and with the appropriate skills, your dog will have clear guidelines of what is expected of them. They will be able to reach their full potential no matter where they are, or the activities they are engaging in.
